We are looking for a hands-on Senior React Native Technical Lead to help stabilize and lead the technical direction of a growing mobile application used in production across iOS and Android.This role is focused on technical leadership, code quality, reliability, architecture, and mentoring the existing mobile team while actively contributing to the codebase.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction of the React Native mobile application
- Improve application architecture, maintainability, and scalability
- Own production stability and mobile release quality
- Review and improve existing code patterns and engineering practices
- Work closely with backend, firmware, QA, and product teams
- Establish stronger testing practices including E2E and regression coverage
- Help reduce technical debt and improve delivery reliability
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers
- Participate in debugging critical production issues
- Improve CI/CD workflows and release confidence
- Collaborate on sprint planning and technical estimations
Required Skills
- 5+ years of React Native experience in production environments
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns
- Deep experience with iOS and Android platform behavior
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
- Experience with BLE integrations is a major plus
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
- Strong understanding of automated testing and E2E strategies
- Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams
- Ability to work in fast-moving production environments
- Strong communication and ownership mindset
