Zetaton, a dynamic and innovative company, is seeking a talented and experienced Scrum Master to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a key part in fostering Agile principles and practices to drive the successful delivery of our products. We are looking for individuals with a minimum of one year of experience in a Scrum Master position who thrive in a collaborative and remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Organize and lead remote Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Writing User stories and Sprint Review
- Remote Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication within the remote team and ensure seamless collaboration using digital tools and platforms.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and work with the team to implement changes that enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders remotely, understand their expectations, and provide transparent communication on project progress.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage risks, working with the team to develop strategies for risk mitigation.
- Documentation: Maintain relevant documentation, including the digital product backlog, sprint backlog, and other remote collaboration artifacts.
- Lead the process of gathering, documenting, and analyzing requirements from stakeholders, including customers, end-users, and internal teams.
