Remote Scrum Master - Product Owner

Zetaton is seeking a skilled Remote Scrum Master with at least 1 year of experience to join our innovative team. As a Scrum Master, you will drive Agile practices, guide team collaboration, and ensure smooth project delivery. Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Organize and lead remote Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Writing User stories and Sprint Review
Remote Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication within the remote team and ensure seamless collaboration using digital tools and platforms.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and work with the team to implement changes that enhance efficiency and productivity.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders remotely, understand their expectations, and provide transparent communication on project progress.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage risks, working with the team to develop strategies for risk mitigation.
Documentation: Maintain relevant documentation, including the digital product backlog, sprint backlog, and other remote collaboration artifacts.
Lead the process of gathering, documenting, and analyzing requirements from stakeholders, including customers, end-users, and internal teams.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Scrum Master role in a remote work setting.
In-depth knowledge of Agile principles and practices.
Strong communication and facilitation skills in a remote environment.
Experience using Agile project management tools (e.g., Azure, Jira, Asana) for remote collaboration.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and effectively manage time and resources.
