Zetaton is seeking a skilled React Native Developer to join our dynamic remote team. This role focuses exclusively on React Native CLI (no Expo) for building and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. As a core member of our team, you’ll collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver seamless, scalable, and robust mobile experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native CLI.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient TypeScript code.
- Work with Firebase for authentication, Firestore, storage, and cloud functions.
- Implement state management using Redux.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Integrate and manage external data sources and APIs.
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and share knowledge.
- Troubleshoot and debug performance issues and bugs across devices.
- Continuously explore and adopt new tools and best practices to improve development workflow.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid experience with TypeScript in React Native applications.
- Experience working with Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Storage).
- Strong understanding and implementation experience of Redux for state management.
- Experience with Redux-Saga is a plus.
- Familiarity with BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) communication is a plus.
- Strong understanding of mobile app performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Good grasp of UI/UX design principles and accessibility.
- Contributions to open-source projects or active GitHub portfolio is a plus.
